RVS NON FERRO has been manufacturing components of custom-made boilers for a machine builder in the meat processing industry since 2008. This year we produced the hundredth unit for this large international player in the food sector.

But that's not all. We're expecting to build another twenty-five boilers next year. Decisive for this successful cooperation are the unique welding qualities of RVS NON FERRO.

Different machine components

The boilers are used to pre-cook meat products such as hamburgers and chicken nuggets. After the deep-frying process, the products are frozen and distributed to food stores and supermarkets. Besides the boiler itself, the complete machine consists of a heating element and an extractor hood. RVS NON FERRO previously only manufactured the boilers, but have also been building the complete machine for some time now.

Specialized welding

When it comes to machines for the food sector, hygiene is paramount. Absolutely no dirt can be left behind in the machine, and therefore all parts are welded on both sides with a smooth weld seam. This is done with the utmost precision and care, as welding can lead to the thin stainless steel sheet metal becoming warped. The trick is to find exactly the right balance. The finishing phase is therefore very labor-intensive and requires additional skills from the welders. Successfully producing more than a hundred boilers proves that the welders at RVS NON FERRO really know their trade. What's more, we love the challenge of guaranteeing the highest quality finish, but also consistency in the delivery reliability and flexibility toward our clients.
